Charlie Austin claims Chelsea fc don't need a Manager because they are in full control

Chelsea fc style of management has been really disturbing especially the act of not employing a Top level manager shows they only want a manager they can control while managing the team or we call it needing a “YES MAN” 

Following the sacking of Liam Rosenior , Chelsea has shortlisted some top names to take over the managerial role .
