Chelsea team to face Sunderland on the final day of the Premier League

 Calum McFarlane has made three changes to the Chelsea side for our final Premier League game of the season, which sees the Blues face Sunderland at the Stadium of Light.

We wrap up our 2025/26 campaign on Wearside, where victory for the Blues – coupled with Brighton & Hove Albion failing to beat Manchester United and Brentford not defeating Liverpool by a big margin – would guarantee us a UEFA Europa League place.
