Chelsea are reportedly continuing to monitor Bournemouth midfielder Alex Scott, with the England international viewed as a strong fit for the club’s midfield plans.
The Blues are said to have maintained contact with people close to the 22-year-old and are actively exploring the possibility of a future move. Scott is understood to be highly regarded by Chelsea, who see his technical ability, versatility and energy as qualities that could strengthen their midfield.
Interest in Scott was particularly strong during the summer transfer window, although Chelsea were unable to reach an agreement to bring him to Stamford Bridge.
With the midfielder remaining on their radar, Chelsea could potentially return with a fresh approach in a future transfer window. The club’s continued interest suggests Scott remains a player they consider capable of making an impact in their squad.
For now, no deal is imminent, but Chelsea’s ongoing contacts indicate that their interest in Scott has not disappeared.
