Morgan Rogers was named Man of the Match following Chelsea’s 2-0 Premier League victory over Manchester United at Stamford Bridge.
The midfielder played a key role in the Blues’ return to winning ways, scoring a superb individual goal to help secure all three points.
Rogers’ performance was capped by the opening goal of the match, which came five minutes into the second half. He drove through the United defence before calmly lifting the ball over goalkeeper Senne Lammens.
The award recognises his contribution to a crucial victory for Chelsea after a difficult week. The Blues had suffered a 2-0 defeat to Tottenham in their previous Premier League outing.
Rogers’ goal and overall performance helped Chelsea secure a valuable three points and move provisionally into the Premier League’s top four.
