As a manager & not head coach he is having a lot of power in Chelsea’s transfers. 

Marco Palestra was asked if he thinks he’s ready for a big club:

Atlético Madrid are looking for a left-back and have reached out to Marc Cucurella and Alejandro Grimaldo.

Grimaldo is more affordable, and the player wants to return to playing in Spain.
