Former Chelsea defender Thiago Silva is delighted to see the warm reception young Brazilian star Estêvão is receiving from the club’s supporters.
The sight of Chelsea fans chanting Estêvão’s name as he arrives at the stadium has reportedly brought a smile to Silva’s face, highlighting the special connection the teenager is already building with the Stamford Bridge faithful.
Estêvão arrived at Chelsea with enormous expectations, having established himself as one of Brazil’s most exciting young talents. His flair, creativity and confidence on the ball have generated excitement among supporters eager to see him develop into a major figure for the club.
For Silva, seeing a fellow Brazilian receive such affection from Chelsea fans is a particularly encouraging sight. The experienced defender knows how much supporters can influence a player's confidence and sense of belonging at a club.
Although Estêvão is still at the beginning of his Chelsea journey, the growing affection from the stands suggests he is already making a strong impression beyond his performances on the pitch.
With time, experience and continued development, the young winger will hope to reward that support and become an important part of Chelsea’s future.
